TL;DR: v1.0.0 progress update and details on waitlist closing date
First of all, a warm welcome to the new members of the waitlist. Happy to have you here.
For those interested in (or that missed) previous emails, they are published on the blog of my site. My site link is at the bottom of this email.
In the last email, I covered the release timeline for v1.0.0 and I'm happy to report that things are still on track! As I said in that email, we're starting with the Video Editing Tools and so far we've made good progress on the Suite.
The way the Suite is structured, each major set of tools has it's own Tab:
- Home Tab: This contains the Workspace Editor that is used to manage all your projects & assets in your Workspace
- Import Tab: This contains tools for importing assets from your Workspace and/or System into a project
- Video Tab: This contains all the Video Editing Tools
- Color Tab: This contains all the Video Color Grading Tools
- Motion Graphics Tab: This contains all the tools for creating Motion Graphics from scratch and/or augmenting existing videos
- Audio Tab: This contains all the Audio Processing related tools
- Image Tab: This contains all the Image Manipulation Tools.
- Export Tab: This contains tools for exporting the final compositions from your projects
For v1.0.0, you will have access to the tools in the Home Tab, Import Tab, Video Tab and Export Tab. The next set of tools will be the color grading tools which will reside within the Color Tab and then more details on new features will be available on the ROADMAP page.
One more thing regarding waitlist sign-ups...
All good things do come to an end and the waitlist will close once v1.0.0 is officially released. Like I said months ago, everyone who has signed up to the waitlist gets preferrential pricing for life. What that means is that regardless of what Tier you choose during sign up, you will pay the price of the Cinema Tier but have the benefits of the Insider Tier.
